William, We are very disappointed to see this review. We would not damage our 48-year reputation over an additional oil change. We pointed out your leaking oil filter almost immediately after opening your hood and showed it to you. You told us your friend had performed your last oil change. We then cleaned up the fresh oil and diagnosed your valve cover gasket was also leaking with evidence of longer-term build up.
