My family has come here for years but I'm a fairly new customer. I used to go to any old place to get an oil change. I decided to come here when I needed to get a smog and a tune up because I wanted to go to a place I trusted. Zack made sure to explain everything thoroughly and the price was fair too. Exceptional customer service!! My dad recommended my boyfriend to take his rv to get it smogged, my dad was right. The owner suhki was so professional, but what I loved is he has his son who os in middle school helping him work. I just admired the dedication his son has and his hard work ethic his dad is showing him. Thank you both so much for making me and my daughter feel so comfortable. Its nice and makes you feel comfortable when the owner conversates with you. His son also gave my daughter his fidget spinner and saif you cab have it. Even taught her how to use it cause she is only 3 with small hands lol. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work with your son. Marc has helped me twice now and I have been very happy both times. He explains the services and what he is doing and makes any recommendations needed without being pushy. Both times I've been helped right away. Prices are pretty good, they have online coupons, and the location is good too. Right next to Santana Row so I can hang out there during the service.

I called to see if they could take my car in for a smog check if I got there in about 5 min, and they were available. Marc told me he could get it done in less than an hour! It was about 30 min later he called to tell me it was done and the car passed! He definitely held true to his "under an hour" statement. The process was smooth, simple, and not super pricey. I will now get all of my smog checks done there. Thank you Marc for being quick, but efficient as well!
