I got a oil change and minutes later after they finished and I had left, smoke had started coming out the hood. Turns out the technicians didnt fully tighten the oil cap! After letting all the oil that had leaked out burn, I also noticed that my service notice was still there! They never cleared the notice even after taking 10 minutes trying to do so and telling me it was cleared. Besides that everything else wasnt to bad.
