I first went to a different place to fix a nail in my tire. That other place then did a free brake inspection and said I needed to replace both rear rotors and brake shoes. What? I then took my car to Quality Tune up for a second opinion, and they said my brakes were just fine. The team at quality tune up was so honest, I realized the other place was trying to cheat me. I now trust quality tune up to be up front, ethical, and honest.
