This place is pretty busy, a good sign, so you have to plan when you are bringing your vehicle in. Other than that, they are quick, honest, professional, and haven't tried to sell me stuff I don't need. I really appreciate that.
Kai, Yes we are quite busy, but we still try to get everyone back on the road as fast as possible. We only use manufacturer recommendations for maintenance and recommend only parts that are needed during your repair. If we have to remove a part to get to your part, we will give the option to replace it now, so you save on labor later. Called Quality tune-up when my Suburban wouldn't start and explained the situation to Mike who totally understood my problem and was able to refer me to a mobile specialist who came to my location and was then able to make the repairs in less than 2 hours. Again, 2 hours after I call Mike I was back on the road! Thanks Mike!!!
