These people took advantage of my elderly mother. I was a long time customer here, and I will never return. Her car needed a oil change, they saw she had a 2019 Lincoln, at first quoted $69.98 and then charged her $99 stating at first tax and then stating that they were paying their mechanic overtime, as if it was her fault so she had to pay for it. The Asian manager or owner or whatever he is, is completely unprofessional and rude. He basically stated that he could care less of what I thought, he has lots of customers.
Kimberly, We're sorry that you feel this way. We are never happy when a customer feels that they need to seek another service center. We would hope that after your many positive experiences that you would give us the benefit of the doubt that we treated your mother the same way we have treated you. Just like we have done for you, we explained the costs and had her sign the estimate before we started working on her vehicle. The reason for additional charges was due to the vehicle requiring additional oil over the included 5 quarts of oil and due to requiring a canister oil filter instead of the conventional spin oil filter. Wait time was about 45 min overall with service but Harpreet checked in with me every 15 min to let me know How things were going. I recommend coming here for all your car service needs👍🏼👍🏼 Very friendly service
