Mike (the owner) and Mark are exemplary master mechanics that always deliver exceptional customer service. They're personable, trustworthy, and in my honest opinion, they put dealership servicing to shame when it comes to customer satisfaction, price, quality, courteousness and on-time repair!

This is the place to go for all your car needs. Especially if you have a lowered car like my mustang. Marc Osuna is literally one of the most honest men in this industry and his workmanship is excellent. He will help you with anything you need anytime! Great shop and great staff. 5 stars all the way go see Marc!
Super friendly staff and super fast oil change. Walked in 30 mins before closing and they still helped. Mike is super friendly and hooked me up with everything for the car, checking lights and tire air, etc. A life saver for me tbh. Will recommend 10/10!!!
This is probably the best automotive repair shop I've dealt with in my 56 years of living. No shit! Read on! I was stuck in San Jose in an exotic car with a check engine light on and had no where else to go . I live in Concord and had a 2 1/2 hour commute to drive so I called this place randomly and it was a blessing!!!!! Honest + Trustworthy + Knowledgeable staff = A-1 Service and affordable price . I will take a the next car I buy to them before I buy it cause these dudes know it all and seem to care about there customers. I've only done a couple reviews in my life. One real good , one real bad . I'm too busy for this but decided they deserve to be recognized as a superior business
look at this review!!!!! I am an electrician from Concord working in Santa Clara. Last week my girlfriends mini cooper had a"check engine" light pop up on dash while i was on my way to work . I was in a terrible position because car manual said, "Take to dealership immediately " . This can only mean $$$ I called Marc at Quality Car Center and he said to bring car by after work. I left his shop and everything was fixed and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Writing reviews isn't something I do a lot of but I cannot praise these guys enough. Honest + Fair + Expert technicians = A-1 Place
Great customer service
I brought a used car here for a pre-purchase full inspection and the team did a great job of completing the inspection thoroughly, quickly, and they went the extra mile to explain everything they found in great detail to me. They even raised the car back up on the car lift so that I could see underneath at what they had seen during the inspection. I ended up buying it, and will be bringing it back here for any services it needs!!
