After my last unsatisfactory visit to a chain Oil Change operation I searched Yelp reviews and came upon this business. After reading many positive reviews I decided to call. Marc pleasantly answered the phone, all of my questions and then some... all useful information. I told him I wanted to come over in the next 5 minutes and he said "bring it over!" I arrived less than 10 minutes later and was greeted by Marc right away. Marc and Joe took our vehicle, explained everything they were doing and never once did I feel pressured into any extra services. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I chose full synthetic and he offered a coupon. This shop will definitely be our go to for now on. Thank you Marc and Joe for you fast, efficient and friendly service!

I've been going here for past 2 years and even with that level of loyalty I am amazed at how Mark (owner) managed to screw up the customer relationship. He may be good with cars but he is far from being a professional! To give him benefit of doubt I feel he may be suffering from Bipolar. At times he acts good and at times he is condescending to customers. He joked about a customer in front of me, calling her "moron". If there was zero star rating I would give that to this business. Even though he did not say anything directly to me, I am sure he's done on my back just like with other customers. Get schooled in manners and professionalism and then conduct your business.

I have never experienced this level of customer service at any automotive shop / this was an emergency brakes situation and Marc was kind and informative and understood my situation (I'm a single mom) and was able make me feel that I wasn't being taken advantage of / I felt he had my best interests (financially) - they worked fast my car feels solid / I will call them first for any and every situation my car needs - even if just to get a second opinion.

Very impressed with my visit to the quality care center this morning. There is a clear difference between smog inspection stations and smog check stations with real mechanics, this is the latter. They properly diagnosed what was wrong with my smog check, replaced it, and had me on my way within an hour. :)

I just came from here I got a smog and oil change. Service was fast and friendly, they honored their yelp offer as well. They called me into the bay to show me the condition of 2 of my tires that need immediate replacing. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, just wanted to be sure I was aware of the problem, I really appreciate that. I have multiple vehicles that I will be bringing here from now on as my regular place closed their doors. Thank you Quality Car Care, I appreciate your professionalism!!

Stay away from this place!! Owner Mark is extremely rude and think of himself as a know-it-all!! He actually called a customer "idiot" just coz they asked some basic questions, well isn't that why you here for? I’m in customer service and know the first rule of any business is never be rude to your customers! Service is third grade- I got my tires installed from here and within the first month my front tire came loose and this was while driving on the freeway with my kids. Freaky scary!! I went to the shop and they told me it wasn't something they did or did not, I until I pushed them hard to check the screws. They found they had over tightened all the tires and that caused the problem. Customer service is primary for me, you can find dime a dozen of these auto shops but finding the right person who understands your problems and provides a end to end great customer experience is what makes all worth it! Do NOT go to this place
