I had to get my car smog certificate for my DMV vehicle registration, so went to Quality Tune Up on S. Bascom in San Jose and they couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I only waited 14 minutes from start to finish and a very nice young man helped me at the counter and was very efficient and friendly. I got the idea it was a family owned business, but I'm not positive. I was also able to use a coupon for the smog certification. Great deal all around! I would go back there in a second without any hesitation!
Very expensive full synthetic oil change!!! With coupon and with discount Mark said 75$ :-0 Expensive then Fremont Toyota 72$. I always change in other places for 60$ full synthetic. Save money guys.
Bad Customer service!!! The riped me off for a small sensor that cost $100 and labor that took him 5 min job $225 what a Shame!!!

His customer service has greatly improved at the addition of the new staff member. They are very sweet and quick. They have high quality parts to. I would never go to another shop again. I reccomend this shop to everyone who wants high quality parts.
Good service Right across from Santana Row Low counters allow you see everything and feel safe! Friendly people and all the pumps are clean and all the pumps actually work! $3.95 for Union 76 premium ! Oh well!
This is the best auto care place around. Harpreet took really care of my tundra. I always come to this place because they are trustworthy and do an excellent job. They also let you know if there's anything your car needs if there is there's no pressure and will wait for you to bring it by. Thanks again for the good work.
