I've been coming to Quality exclusively for the last 5 years or so. I've had a variety of work done here. Staff is friendly, honest, and straightforward. They usually send out eblasts with $10 off oil changes. They have also inspected the last few cars I have purchased. I now drive down from Hayward just to come to my trusted mechanic. I've talked with other patrons in the waiting room that have been patronizing them their entire lives and some drive as far as Walnut Creek. A good, trustworthy mechanic is invaluable. I've been going here for years and QUALITY is exactly what you get. Today Victor took care of us and got my van worked on right away. He was very friendly and professional. Customer service is top notch. I don't give 5 stars to anyone very easily. The easiest 5 stars because that's what this business deserves!!! You won't regret bringing your car here. Also, this place get my dad's approval and that means a lot.

Came here to get a second opinion after another place recommended that I get my front brake pads and rotors replaced for $500. Mark here looked over the measurements and documents from the previous place, test drove my car and explained when I would need the rotors replaced and what the cost should be. Turns out I didn't need a replacement for at least another 15000 miles (I barely drive the car). The other place was being overly cautious (or trying to rip me off). Anyway he didn't even charge me for checking! definitely coming here next time I need my oil changed or service done.

My mother and I stopped here for a quick emergency oil change when our regular mechanic was incommunicado. The gentlemen here were very courteous and upfront with their time estimates and prices as well as very knowledgeable about their car makes and models. Their service is fast and excellent, highly recommend to newcomers.
