It was my first time at the quality car care on 425 S. Winchester Blvd. and I have to say I prefer this place than any other place. Marc Osuna really helped me out and made me understand well about the maintenance that had to be done on my car. Great customer service! 👍 👍

Mike is the car magician here..

I needed a smog on a car I was registering. Called Mike from the DMV, and he fit me in right in, did a thorough job, and in the time he promised. Even though the car failed smog(not really surprising...), he identified the two areas that needed fixing. I told him it was a project car for my son and I, and instead of trying to upsell, he offered some advice/direction and said to call him if I needed. He also reminded me that the retest was free. First time customer, won't be my last.

Unbeatable price for a synthetic oil change. Also, although the computer pulled up a quote for a filter (my car takes a cartridge, which is more money) they honored the price for me! Highly impressed. Make sure to take advantage of the $10 check-in discount. Thanks, guys!

Quality describes everything about my experience at Quality Car Care Center. They helped me solve a problem with my older truck after being turned away by 4 other shops. Mike was very helpful, had my truck in and out in a couple hours, and it was no problem leaving my truck and having my wife pick it up later. Thank you again.
