I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and to be honest, I’ve never had an issue with their service or professionalism. The reason I’m giving them a low rating is because of their pricing—it feels extremely overpriced for repair work, and I find their labor charges to be dishonest. I know for a fact that my vehicle was not worked on for as long as they claimed, which makes the labor costs hard to justify. Another issue that bothered me was being given two different quotes (repairs that would been done same day)with two different labor charges. That raised a big red flag for me. I understand that parts need to be marked up, but their pricing was on the high side, and the parts used were lower-quality than expected. For the prices they charged, I would have expected higher-end parts, not budget-level replacements. Unfortunately, they lost me as a customer because I genuinely feel like I was ripped off. I hope it was worth it. This establishment is not recommended unless you have money to burn!

Great Customer Care and Service. Greeted with open ears to my concerns; had a Brake Inspection followed by a detailed report of findings. Had to have the rotors replaced so understandably the brakes needed to be changed as well. My vehicle was immediately tended to and ready in a reasonable amount of time. Not an all day event like experienced at other shops. I started coming here with my previous vehicle and was happy with the service then so with my newer car I continue to come back - Keeping with the same Auto Techs familiar with my car to ensure road travel safety with their expertise with ongoing maintenance.

It would be better if the inspection money could be reimbursed n further repairs like other appliances like fridge or washer & dryer. People were good & my side car 🚗 window 🪟 when I initially gave the car was working but they fixed it on delivery after 6days when I took the car back & noticed it was not operable. Before the receipt will show u all the details that they did but now they dont do that. It will be great if they bring that back so we know that they check the windshield wiper fluid and check air tires. Or they dont do that anymore just the oil change for almost a hundred???

Called after to see if it was possible to have my brakes replaced after work (3 hours before closing). Got to the auto shop around 230, had my brakes inspected when I initially thought I only needed the fronts replaced, was told the rear ones were basically gone. Ended up getting all of them done along with the brake fluid flush and replacement. Finished before they closed at 5! The guys here are super efficient and that’s why you see their lot full of all types of cars. Fortunate enough for me that they’re local. Thanks again guys!
