Unfortunately I felt they were trying to upsell me. I watched other cars move through much faster. My car was there being worked on (supposedly) for over 45 minutes. I will not be returning to that location.

Unfortunately, there was a vehicle on the service bay lift that required completion before we could attend to your car. Additionally, we had to move another vehicle onto the lift as your vehicle would have obstructed the entrance while undergoing the smog check.
