Go in early on Saturday 8am or Sunday 8:30am. I went in at 8:10 on a Saturday and was out in an hour for an oil change. Took by Benz and they were efficient and cheaper to other places. They have a rest room, a store inside and good waiting area with TV etc. There are also shops nearby in case u want to do ur shopping while u wait. He prioritizes folks who are waiting ..so let him know that u want to wait

This is the second time I’ve had an oil change with Quality. They’re friendly and very professional. I show up without an appointment and both times I’ve been in and out in 45 minutes to an hour max. I watched the technician, and he was meticulous in wiping down any oil splashes on my frame, which is an inevitable during an oil change. All my fluids were topped off, including the wiper fluid, and I was very happy with the service I received from them. I highly recommend!
