I was recommended to this place by my boss for a smog check. Since the beginning to the end the service tech was extremely helpful advising me about me rwoakcing my battery and driving in 100 + miles, etc. Took it in once it turned 100 miles and finally passed smog. The man thay help me out on my way out was extremely communicative and very friendly. I will be coming back and I can say I truly truly this spot to get it done right.
Jonathan, We're sorry we just saw this review. Thank your boss for recommending us. Most people do not know that replacing your battery or have a check engine light turned off can cause the vehicle's computer to lose communication with the hundreds of sensors in your smog system. Unfortunately your vehicle has to "test" each sensor two times to make sure that they are operating at the proper function before it will allow your computer to speak with the smog test machine. That is where the 100-miles of driving on both freeway and city street recommendation comes in. Thank you for being patient and finishing the drive cycle so we could test your vehicle. We appreciate you sharing your experience. Thank you for your continued support. We're here for you next time you need us. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
