It was my first time getting my oil changed outside of the dealership and I wasn't disappointed. The guys here were so helpful since I had no clue what I was doing and gave me a great deal. During my wait I ended up having a long convo about DC Universe with one of the guys who worked there and had a blast just waiting. Definitely coming back for the next change.

I have taken my Cars to Zak and his son for many years and have had NO issues. I just took my car in for major service and all went well. Was billed what I was quoted, no pushy sales pitch. All I have to say to all these negative responses -YOU dont have to take there advise and keep your car maintained, but if you do not service your vehicles regularly, then do not expect your car to last. QT, gives you advise on how to keep your car running smoothly at a very low cost.

I needed to get an oil change and wasn't sure where to get it done. After looking at a couple reviews, I decided to give this place a try. When I drove my car in, the guy took a look under my hood and said that it would be beneficial for me to not only get my oil change but the interior of the case (?) cleaned out since there was a lot of old oil build up. I called up one of my carhead friends and he said not to do it. I told the guy working there that I wasn't going to be doing the extra cleaning, then we ended up talking about the most random myriad of subjects from Japanese in WWII to various types of cars. After he had worked on my car and did my oil change, he told me that he had thrown in the cleaning of the oil build up for free. A small service but it was really such a nice gesture and it totally made my day. I paid for my oil change then threw in a loaf of bread and my favorite hummus as a gift =) Good tradeoff!

I am so pleased with this place. I actually found them through Yelp. Yay Yelp! theyre only about a 5 minute drive from my house and i called on a saturday around 11am if they had time for 2 oil changes and they said to come on in. So we come around 1130 and the workers are so helpful and not rude or smug at all. My acuras oil change only came out to $20.. and my moms BMW came out to $105.. but they knocked off $10.. so only $95.. yay!! Very happy with this place and i will definitely return for my car problems :)

This is a "Quality" place to get an oil change. I came here solely based on the excellent Yelp reviews and was not let down. The customer service was excellent. The mechanics were friendly and their estimate of how long the service would take was accurate. I'd printed off a coupon for the oil change (check their website for a variety of discounts!) but they were having a special that day so the oil change was actually even less than the coupon price. Thirty minutes, in and out, for a Mazda3.

We have been taking our cars to Quality ever since I found their coupons online for a 20 dollar oil change. They are fast, for example they replaced an axle on one of our cars in less than an hour, and will even do some jobs for free like replacing a taillight if you have the part. They keep you up to date on the estimate and let you know if they notice other issues with your car. My husband and I have never felt overcharged and there has been times when our actual payment was lower than the initial estimate. What car place does that?? The staff is knowledgeable and can usually quote you a service right over the phone. I'd like to mention Mike and Will in my review, because we feel like they are genuine guys. One of them will always calls us to confirm the services needed and the cost. They even take the time to find good deals on parts for you. If one place has it for 40 they will find it for 35 for you. Any place else would just put em in and say this is what you owe. They make sure they have your okay with everything, down to the exact penny. Also, if theres a coupon online, they will usually credit it for you without even bringing it to them or even mentioning it. They just discount it for you. We started going here because it was close by where we live,but we'll keep coming here because of how satisfied we've been with all three cars we've sent here. This is a place that actually does good honest work, and we've been to alot of garages and been taken through the ringer in the past. I highly recommend these guys, they'll take good care of you. And to this day they still do 20 dollar oil change!

Came in for an oil change and that's what I got. In and out of there in 30 minutes. No upsells or pressures just straight to the point just the way I like it!

Called up and said how long... Said bring it in 20min. I asked if they would match midas' price of 20$ + tax and they matched. I walked next door and had some A&W rootbeer... Walked back and it was ready to go. @ 2:40pm on a Thursday and I didn't have to wait hours or make an appointment like MIDAS. 5 star service despite bad english.

Good people, who won't over charge you or find problems that never existed. Not exactly ready to work at opening time, which i believe is important since alot of auto labor is charged by the hour. But none the less, theyre worthy of doing business with.
