Mark and his team have done my car (and my husband's car well). I first took my car here in October in hopes to resolve my check engine light along with a whole bunch of other issues that I was anticipating due to neglect on my end. I love my car but don't maintain it the best I could. In October I took my car in for a smog and got a whole bunch of stuff done. I'd never replaced the brake pads on my car (bad I know :() and I was way overdue for an oil change. Mark was really accomodating and broke down the charges before he started the service. I appreciated this bc it would have sucked to leave and come back to a high bill. My car didn't pass so I had to get all this stuff done. After the repairs I drove my car around for a bit and stopped by to see if everything was good to go. For my second visit one of the monitors wasn't ready so they told me to drive it around a bit more then they could do the Smog again. Drove my car around more and took it in yesterday. Smog passed, free of charge (not saying the smog check is free! YOU will have to pay but I think bc I had all this crap that I had to do initially and I didn't pass the first time they waived it!) YAY!!! Everytime that my husband and I have gone to Quality the service has been great. My daughter even got a cupcake during one of our visits LOL. They're fast, considerate, and pricing is reasonable. Good job!

I am very pleased with this location. They're polite, reasonably priced, and fast. I'm always worried about someone screwing me over when it comes to car maintenance and repairs, so I tend to hover and ask to see oil that was taken out of my car. They didn't mind a bit! I'm actually heading over today for another oil change, which is why I remembered to write this review :D

I would highly recommend this auto shop. They replaced my front brakes and roters for a really great price! I also told them that my check engine light was on and they checked it and realized a vacuum hose was loose. They fixed it for free! Great prices and very nice people, it's not very often you can say that when it comes to getting your car fixed!

Came in to change my brake pads and rotors. I was a little hesitant to let them do the job as I have always been here for oil change only. But the owner Mike and his staff Rich gave me top of the line service walked me through if I really needed to change the parts, alternatives etc. They made sure I had my questions answered before I left. Bottom line, great price for great service! I've been reading on some comments and I don't agree with some of the negative things you guys said, especially for one of the review about not getting oil filled to the max! To proof you wrong, I checked mine and it was on point!

I needed to get my Starter replaced on Saturday evening after 6 when most of the shops are closed. I went to this shop and they helped me out doing extra work for about an hour. A very reasonably priced mechanic with honest workers. I recommend Quality tune up shop as one of the best mechanic i have ever been to.

I get my car repaired here as well as regular oil changes and maintenance. The staff are friendly and honest and will not try to sell you on repairs you don't need. Mike the manager will always put your safety first and is very knowledgeable about auto repair.

Nice and friendly!! Got an oil change and transmission flush all done in an hour or so! Go in the morning its always quicker

Went here for an oil change and there was a special so it was about $20 + tax. The nice thing about this place is that it's across the street from Santana Row, so you can go have a bubble tea at Fantasia and they will call you when your car is ready.

Great service and great price. I am coming here for all of my cars' oil changes and repairs from now on.

Mark and his crew have been servicing my car for at least 2+ years now. Every time my BF and I come here the customer service is outstanding and they are as prompt as you can get when it comes to oil changes. There are coupons you can use off of their website. I feel very comfortable putting my car in these guys hands. They know what they are doing and always have a friendly smile and conversation that comes along with the service. (Something that most other places never offer)
