When I checked in there was an estimated 4 hour wait until the car would be ready. I’m handicapped so needed to wait until it was ready. They said they would do their best to complete the oil change as early as possible and they actually was finished in 2.5 hours. I forgot to show them I had a text message from Quality for a discount when I checked in but my car didn’t qualify. They gave me a lesser discount anyway. My car ran very well afterwards as I was taking a trip to see my grandkids and their families. The employees were friendly and professional.
