#1 I asked them to call me when it was finished, never got a call and found it was sitting and waiting for me (not sure how long) That was a bit frustrating. I've used their services a number of times and in their defense this was the first time without a call. #2 The driver seat was adjusted for the technician who must be much shorter (why not adjust it back when finished?). #3 Headlights were turned off from auto like I keep it (why not put everything back the way the customer had it?). #4 The inside of the vehicle smelled of oil, probably from their hands or clothes touching the steering wheel or seat (they should put up measures to limit that - remove gloves, add seat or floor paper)

We do a check of you all of your lights during our service, we will speak with the technician about returning the light setting correctly and adjusting the seat back to as close as possible as to the way they found it.
