I had a pleasant experience having my car's oil changed and a smog test at this shop. After taking it in, Mark also thoroughly inspected my car, found that I did not have an AC/heater air filter and that my power steering fluid needed to be changed. I should note that I work in construction where my car is subjected to a very dusty environment on a daily basis, hence the unusually dirty fluids and the need for filters. At no point was I heavily pressured to buy services that I did not need, nor were there any dishonest tactics that I've encountered before used. The work was prompt and professional. The service was amenable and friendly, and I found an honest tune up shop. I'll be taking my car back for servicing when needed to this gentleman.

Quick Summary: Hardworking + Knowledgeable + HONEST. Rare combo in the sketchy auto car mech industry. Came in on Sunday, for an oil change and brake inspection. Was helped by a guy named Mike. It was a bit busy and only he was working. Mike told me it would be ~$35 for the oil change and $20 for the brake inspection. When I came to pick up my car he told me the rotors had another ~6 months of wear and tear before needing to be resurfaced (as long as I didn't mind the occasional bumpiness when applying the brakes). Here's what really impressed me... He only charged me $35 for the oil change because he was able to do visually inspect the breaks and didn't have to remove anything to inspect the rotors.

5 stars for great customer service by Mark and quick oil change that was well need on my 2012 challenger glad I came here Mark was awesome guy friendly and loved my car just as much as I did :) I'm all about vibes and he definitely made me feel comfortable definitely will be coming back!

I've been going to Quality for years. I've strayed to other mechanics because they were "cheaper" but, I always end up back at Quality and here's why.... Mike is about as honest as they come. I took my truck in today to get a tune-up and a brake job. I'm taking a road trip and wanted to make certain I was good to go. Tune-up because it was time and brakes because they were squeaking and i just assumed. He quoted me a ballpark on the phone of about $300+ (for brakes) before I brought my truck down. Fine! I need 'em. After dropping off my truck I received a call from Mike.... Your brakes are great! The squeak is just a squeak. No big deal! Who does that? All the other shops I've taken my vehicles to have found numerous extra's, costing me plenty, only to find out later that I could have done without the extra work. I've lost a lot of money going to the "cheaper" spots. I cannot list all of the great "Quality" service stories here. Believe me though... There are many! Friendly! Competent! Honest! I won't be going anywhere else again.

Saw the yelp reviews, decided to check them out. This was my first visit here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and dependable. Went in for a basic oil change, and asked them to check on anything else. (Secretly, I already knew I needed a power steering flush and nothing else.) And they told me my power steering fluid was dirty, and recommended a flush. These guys know what they're talking about. I'll go nowhere else but here. Signed, Very happy customer

What can I say. I could not use my normal smog guy because I needed a star rated station. Opened Sunday +1 Great attitudes +1 Busy but out in 55 min +1 Close to home +1 Passed smog +1 5 yea, i can count. good guys, recommend them !

I was overdue on my oil change and I was in the area so I called in and the guy told me to come in and I'd get my oil change done immediately. It was early in the morning and I didnt have to wait. Got my oil changed, the guy did notice I needed to get my transmission flushed. And its true I need to get my 30k maintenance on the car. The guy didnt pressure me or try to sell me it, but advised that I should get it done so my car will run smoother. Legit place for an oil change!

My first visit here was because my brand new used car was popping out of third gear. I took my car to another mechanic and they said that my synchro's needed to be replaced. That's expensive. So I did a little research and found out that popping out of third gear is common on RSX's and I just needed to change the manual transmission fluid. I got a few quarts of the best and took my car over to Quality Tune-Up to do the change. They charged 20 bucks to swap out the fluid for me. I would have preferred if they would have just let me use their lift and do it myself but I understand why this isn't an option. So, for 20 bucks they'll switch out your MTF for you. Cool. The guys here are so nice! My second visit was for a synthetic oil change. I think it was just over 60 bucks (average, as far as I can tell). They are always fast.

Real good service! My car engine light is on so I need someone to take a look at it as soon as possible. I go on yelp and I see quality right across the place that I worked at and have 4 starts rating. Unfortunately is passed business hour but I figure it doesn't hurt to check it out anyway. Rich who are the only one left in the shop are nice enough to help me out even though is pass business hours already. Fun guy and nice, real talkative with his customers. Service is done beautifully and efficiently! Highly recommend!

All I have to say is ...after reading the reviews at this location I was nervous about taking my daughter's 2000 Dodge Neon car to be fixed ,however they proved all these reviews wrong ! My daughter's car was fluttering and idling high we didn't know what was wrong with it ( it had never given us any problems ). I did some research on bunch of auto shops and most had bad reviews and wanted to charge a arm and leg just to look at it .My daughter is in college and I live on a fixed income and can't help so we knew right off the bat we wouldn't be able to afford to pay someone to look at it on top of not knowing what the problem was. My daughter and I were in the area and I pulled into Quality Tune up ..Scott was the first person I spoke to ( very friendly and nice ) He told me what he thought is the problem ( free of charge ) and assured me they would take care of the problem .He introduced to George whom also was very friendly and nice. I took my daughter's car in the very next morning ,George gave me goof customer service ,had my daughters car looked at right away and fixed within a hour ! I am so happy how her car drove home and how knowledgeable and fair George is and the mechanic that actually did the work . I didn't get his name ,but you know who are :) Only Asian guy I seen :)Thank you George and your mechanic that fixed my daughter's car ! :)
