I wanted to get my car smogged the day I brought it into the shop. I didn’t pass and they charged me over $40+ the market price for a smog. I would never come here unless you want to pay premium price for normal work
Rodolfo, We are very disappointed to see this review. We are very competitive with our pricing. We are usually not the cheapest, but we are also not the most expensive. Like most smog testing facilities, we do charge for your smog test whether you pass or fail. I am sure you like to be paid for the work that you do at your job, we also like to be paid for performing work at ours. Staff are very friendly and provided their great professional service with a timely and courteous manner. We have moved on car by car under their services over 18 years, still like to go there for their reliable services, reasonable charges and recommend many friends to go there too. BTW, they do honor the online or Smart phone coupons for saving some money if you mention them when you check in.
