Went in for some problems that I've been having and wasn't sure about. Quality employees were very informative and helpful with helping me better understand what to do and took care of the problem. Very appreciative to Mike and Joey who provided great service and good talks.

AMAZING! Marc and his team are so gracious and took my car right away last minute despite it being a busy Saturday. Not only is he professional and honored my time, but he is extremely trustworthy and honest. Courtesy, professionalism, and trustworthiness are qualities that I value highly in any business. Best auto shop in town ! Tech Joey is amazing very helpful and knows his stuff and great customer service ! Manager Mike also very friendly and great customer service!! No games here they tell you how it is and do their best to get it fix !! A+ shop ! Highly recommend this shop !!

I neglected to mention the most incredible part!! The next day, after our arrival in LA, we received a FOLLOW-UP CALL from Mike who wanted to make sure we got there okay. How considerate and kind is THAT?? Honestly, if I lived anywhere NEAR San Jose this would be my go-to auto mechanic. I remain eternally grateful to them. Thanks again. Can I give them ten stars?? I would if I could... There are few things more daunting for me than taking my car to an auto mechanic, especially in an emergency situation. I recently found myself in that exact spot as I started a drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We got as far as San Jose and it became obvious that there was something wrong with the car. I was filled with dread. Horrible visions of renting a car, towing the car and DUMPING the car ran through my head. THANKFULLY we landed at QualityTune Up & Car Care Center, under the wing of MIKE. He ran a diagnostic check and determined that the problem was a sensor and a bad spark plug. This happened at mid-day and we clearly were not first in line so we had to wait. We went for a walk, had lunch, read a couple of People magazines and then were on the road again in a very reasonable length of time. Mike was friendly, honest, approachable and honest. He gave us options and a clear picture of what it would cost. I observed a steady stream of new and repeat customers coming and going and everyone seemed satisfied and pleased. I am SO thankful to Mike and his crew for helping us. It would have been very easy to take advantage of us but that did not happen. I recommend this repair shop whole heartedly and without any hesitation. Thanks again, Mike!

After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give this place a try as my car was in need of an oil change and also a quick check up. When I called in, Marc was able to accommodate me right away to do these service same day as soon as I got off from work. Being in that I work in the retail environment I was blown away by how friendly the staff is and quality of work they put into things. Within an hour my car was up to date with it's oil, was checked through it's components, and found my air filter was in pretty bad shape and in need of replacement. The pricing on these services was definitely better than most places I had called in earlier to get estimates. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for any tune-up needs and will definitely be coming back for future maintenances!

They do quality work at a fair price are courteous friendly and prompt, it took time to help me through the process I even forgot to leave my key to the door and got locked out and one of the guys who work there was able to crawl through the window and get us back in very much appreciated
