Great customer service and very friendly

Went in for a smog check at 5:45pm not realizing they close at 6. Zack, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. The service took about 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this shop to others looking for smog certification, tune up, etc. 10/10 experience overall

Marc helped me out with my windshield wipers. He was really understanding about my situation and so kind. Also it was very quick.

Fast, Friendly, Attention to detail! After failing my smog test at a normal smog testing place, I brought my car here in hopes of fixing the unknown issue before my car registration was due. Quality Tune Up was able to find the issue along with some other things that needed some maintenance and fixed everything all within 1 day! When picking up my car they also offered to Re-Check for my smog test before going back to the original place so that they are sure I will pass. I will definitely Only be going here for any Car servicing.

Came in the morning for an oil change and A/C check, as I was going on a trip. It was busy but the guy fit me in right away. Really great service better than I thought. Highly recommend place. Very talented mechanics, friendly and knowledgeable. Business has been here since 1976.

Just had my car serviced with Marc and he did a great job on my car and walking me through what parts of my car needed maintenance! Compared to other car centers that seem to want to make as much money as possible during your car servicing, Marc was the opposite and was honest with which parts needed maintenance and which parts needed maintenance eventually but not necessarily at the moment. Also, I came in as a walk-in and he was able to service my car right away, which was very helpful for my schedule. Thanks Marc!

Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotations. I was immediately greeted and helped. I was informed that my car needed an air filter change as well...did some research and indeed I did need an air filter change (I thought I was getting upsold). Ended up paying for the oil and air filter change with a complementary tire rotation and first time visitor discount.

I needed some serious work done on my vehicle so I took it to the shop on Camden & Bascom. Great service, fair prices and really good guys! Thanks!

Mark is such a great help! He's super friendly and answered all my ridiculous questions. I called before I came in to see if they did the service I needed, he kindly explained to me the process and said I could come in to get it checked out. I don't know much about cars, but he was more than happy to answer them and fix my issues. Even when I asked a question that he could not answer he gave me recommendations of places that could help me. As for the service, I drive a 2013 Ford Focus SE and received a tune up, that's pretty much about all i know about that. But 5 stars for the great workers.
