My experience with Mike Gattis at Quality car care was nothing short of spectacular!! I had earlier brought my vehicle to Speedee and did not get a good feeling. I was recommended by my neighbor to see Mike at Quality for the repairs that I needed. I talked to him and told him the situation I was in. I had a out of town wedding to get to and needed my car by Friday. If not, I would need to rent a car. Mike said he would do his best. It was done early Friday!!! I was so grateful, but a little nervous as I would have to drive over 700 miles during this trip. As I drove I kept a watchful eye on the temperature gauges. They were completely normal the whole trip. I am so thankful, not only for this experience, but now I have a honest, knowledgeable,reliable mechanic that I can go to for mine and my family's auto repair needs. I have been looking for years for this type of honesty in a mechanic. Thank you Mike and team at Quality care center on Blossom Hill Rd in San Jose. You now have a family of loyal customers.

Oil change was completed in about 45 minutes. Their price was about $30 less than most places. I’ll return for other services.

They were friendly and fast. They have fair prices and will give you a coupon discount even if you don't have the coupon. This is my go to place for all my automobile service. They only do what you ask for. Sometimes they may make suggestions, but they don't hard sell. They make a suggestion and explain the consequences, but it is your choice. Update: 6/15/24 Still the best shop around. Marc is very professional and helpful. He is patient and explains everything so you understand what you need and why.
