Called in for smog check and oil change. The guy on the phone was friendly and said just come in when your ready and we will service your car. I had my service done same day and still had time to run errands. The cost was reasonable especially in these times of financial hardship. What I love the most was I was able to talked with the mechanic themselves. David was the one who explained additional service for my car. At Toyota Percy, you gotta go through all this front desk people even I had the scheduled appointments already! Ridiculous I had to wait! Quality may be an “old fashion ways” but the guys were inviting and friendly. They explained the service done and what else was needed. It felt more like personal when they engaged with me. I felt at ease. Thank you
