I have been to the S Winchester location at least 3 times. My last visit was oil change, multi-inspection along with air/cabin filter. The work is always done fast and prices are definitely competitive. I love Marc who made me his customer from my first phone call to Quality when I was looking for someone to service my vehicle at the height of the pandemic. From there, I brought my car in for a major service and I can say I have never felt as if Marc has tried to take advantage or get over in anyway. Marc actually encouraged me to price shop in our first conversation, he must have heard the skepticism in my voice but he knew I would be calling back and when I did, it was on from there. He’s honest in the service I need and what services are not due yet where other shops may look to squeeze as much as they can in one visit. He takes pride and ownership which comes out not only in his conversation but his work. I drive 40 mins to get to this location because of the excellent service and honesty I know I will receive from Marc. My friend has heard me bragging on Marc and said, I’m going to start bringing my car over there. One would think Marc is the owner the way he treats his customers, well speaking for myself.
