First time I was charged separate labor for oil change. Before, the quote for oil change includes everything. I have to be very careful to choose this business next time. When I called, the center could clearly informed me 2 separate charges rather just told me the $50 which only cover the oil and part.
Alex, We're disappointed to see this review. We're required by the California Bureau of Automotive Repair requires us to break out labor and parts costs in our oil change package. Our package prices are still the same, but there are extra charges for additional oil over 5 quarts and cannister oil filters. We're here for you if you need us.
