I came her on a whim and i Initially was greeted by a nice Mexican guy mid 20's told him I needed a smog real quick, he told me where to drive the car and than I was scolded by another worker- who was obviously not happy I pulled up cause I got an attitude right away stating I said the car was 09 instead of 99 okayyyy...... whatever, he performed the tune-up and when I asked " is it good, did I pass?" He continued to walk away (wow!) But then turned around i asked the question again and he said ya!.... I move on to the cashier really nice mid 50 yr. Old man very pleasant and even makes conversation! I would come back for the 2 pleasant guys but the other guy...no not so much. He needs customer service classes.

Terrible service including by the owner who does not know about customer service
Efrain, We're sorry that you feel this way. We tried to explain that you disconnecting your battery was the reason we could not complete your smog check. We understand that you have an electrical problem with your alarm system, but every time you disconnect the battery your vehicle monitors lose their memory and have to complete a new testing cycle. I went in for tire pressure today (silly, I know!) but I always bring my Jeep Cherokee and Jeep Gladiator to Marc for oil changes, tire rotation because he’s the man. Fast, professional and excellent customer service! If you’re looking for auto service I definitely suggest checking this place out. Ask for Marc :)

Awesome people! I went in for oil change and mentioned about my front my bumper cover which was ripped halfway and hanging. They helped to fix it quickly by tying it up with the bumper - gives enough time for me to take it to the dealer to get the replaced part. Thank you so much!!

Brought my Ford Explorer in today on 10/16. I was serviced by their employee JOE.M - He was professional and really took the time to explain and break down the issues I was dealing with and even showed me under the car as he explained which was awesome for not knowing so much about cars myself. Over all the inspection was very affordable. They are good at working with you on prioritizing the things you can start repairing. Totally recommend!
