Got a quote over the phone for a brake job for $150 in labor to replace front rotors and pads. When I came in with the parts Marc came in at $200 without a meaningful explanation as to why the higher price except that he did not “look at the book” over the phone. When I insisted on the originally quoted price he became extremely defensive and refused my business. I had extremely high hopes for this place and wanted to give them my business and be a repeat customer in the future but his terrible attitude prevented that. Very disappointed

Parts can vary in pricing due to quality and availability. Some cars require premium parts, while some can use economy. Although we would love to have your business, we wish you the best of luck.
