Went in for my semi-annual smog check and they literally took me right away (long story). Deborah was the scheduler & she had me jump to the front, especially since I had called earlier. But I had replaced my battery, apparently knocking out historical car data, and Mike (& Deborah) said to drive my vehicle for 50-100 miles to establish some history. Then return & they’d issue the smog check - no additional charge! Whoop whoo, I didn’t expect such great treatment, but they’re super ppl & I highly recommend them for any work you need for your vehicle! Thanks Deborah & Mike!

It is true when you change your battery your vehicle loses the stored data in your computer.
