Not good, basically I told them what to look for, and had me waiting for several hours.
Dean, We appreciate you leading us in a direction, but that's not always the problem. We have to perform our diagnosis and test every possible scenario to determine the actual problem. For example just because a certain code pops up, doesn't mean it is always an easy fix. A simple cylinder misfire code tells you exactly what cylinder is a problem. But what is causing the misfire? It can be from lack of spark, lack of fuel, too much fuel, bad valve/piston, bad valve seal, cracked head, head gasket leak, etc. Just because the code pops up, doesn't tell you the exact problem.
