wish I could give zero stars but not possible.....I came in with concerns about my transmission...went over details with the person there and they pretty much would not help me. First time ever ANY MECHANIC WOULD REFUSE SERVICE (= MONEY). His point was if my light was not on, it is hard to determine...????!!!!!....Isn't their job to find these things out??? I offered a test drive, he refused...stood there and just shook his head....worse service ever. I will go to the other location I always go to, although too far from my work - on Winchester across Santana Row.
Dasha, Sorry for any misunderstanding. If you have a check engine light on, then we can diagnose the problem. That means your computer recognized that your transmission is not functioning properly at one of the sensors. It could be a bad sensor or the sensor could recognize a problem inside the transmission. None of our locations tear down transmissions and fix internal problems. We can remove and replace the transmission with a new or rebuilt transmission or replace faulty sensors. Marc, Joe and Le are amazing. I took my honda odyssey in for a tune up. They did their thing, and my baby runs like new. Check engine light isn't on anymore. Thanks again guys!

Marc and the other staff were VERY friendly and helpful during my oil change. I’m new to the area and found this shop via Google. They have the best pricing and are super easy to work with. He even found a coupon online for me to use which was fantastic! I brought my husbands car in for an oil change the next day because it was so easy. I would recommend them to anyone, and I’ll be back in 5,000 miles for my next oil change!☺️

I have had my ups and and only one down with this spot i remember bringing in my car in for an ac issue about 4 times before they figured out it was a just wire not making contact. If you don’t know how to fix a car we’ll just be ready to deal with people who know just a little more than you but will get the job done after a few hundreds of dollars 💵 - 06 Pontiac Grand Prix white Other than that spot does get busy make sure you always call ahead of time
