Sadly, this home-run business seems to not have it together. Printer was broken and so took over an hour to test a recent model Prius. Sigh.... Was promised 30 minutes or less
The owner was disrespectful, my old car needs something to be replaced and when I asked how much he just came up with an extremely high amount, the mechanic on the other hand was considerate and friendly. Good thing is they offer a good diagnostic of things that need to be taking care of.

I have been using Quality Tune Up for more than 30 years. Mike Gattis has been there since the beginning working on all my cars. Im very happy with their service and their professionalism. I am a mechanic myself (in aviation) so I know if someone feeds me false info concerning my car. Mike and his mechanics are very truthful and reliable and I wouldn't trust anybody else to service my car. I usually have to wait in the lobby for my car and the wait can be long, but I expect a long wait because I know how the system works. Some people are just down right impatient and have nothing better to do but COMPLAIN.
They did a nice job. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the line moves really slowly to get your car checked in. Other than that, they were efficient, professional and thorough. I got my smog certificate here.
