My family has come here for years but I'm a fairly new customer. I used to go to any old place to get an oil change. I decided to come here when I needed to get a smog and a tune up because I wanted to go to a place I trusted. Zack made sure to explain everything thoroughly and the price was fair too. Exceptional customer service!! My dad recommended my boyfriend to take his rv to get it smogged, my dad was right. The owner suhki was so professional, but what I loved is he has his son who os in middle school helping him work. I just admired the dedication his son has and his hard work ethic his dad is showing him. Thank you both so much for making me and my daughter feel so comfortable. Its nice and makes you feel comfortable when the owner conversates with you. His son also gave my daughter his fidget spinner and saif you cab have it. Even taught her how to use it cause she is only 3 with small hands lol. Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work with your son. Family is everything to me. I will definitely will do business with him again. Marc has helped me twice now and I have been very happy both times. He explains the services and what he is doing and makes any recommendations needed without being pushy. Both times I've been helped right away. Prices are pretty good, they have online coupons, and the location is good too. Right next to Santana Row so I can hang out there during the service.
This is the worst auto care place I ever went to. There is not one but many issues with these people. Issue1: The owner or one of the owners, Mark (old guy) is a RACIST. He body shamed me just for no reason. Talks very rude. I came for an engine light issue and when I said no for an oil change (as it is very expensive), he started becoming impatient. After I went for a walk as he was checking engine light, he made oil change even when though said not to and he used synthetic instead of regular charging me lot more than I normally pay at other place. Issue2: These guys either dont know how to diagnose any thing little complex or they are ripping people off. They has quoted me for $800 for the engine light issue. When I called another auto shop, they said they will fix the issue for $60 bucks and that fix has nothing to do with the diagnosis these guys made. I got it fixed there and the car is running well. Just 200 meters from this place there is Fremont Complete Auto Repair and Precision Tune Auto Care, with better reviews. I will never go to this place again.
