They are very caring and take personal interest in fixising your car issues at best & minimal expense. Staff here is very polite and they pay close attention in diagnosing the problem & offering services. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who want to have peace of mind & get quality care at honest price, this is the place to go. Thanks once again to the entire team of Quality Tune Up..You got me & my family as your customer for life..Cheers!!
Raj, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the opportunity to be your 1 stop shop for car care needs. We look forward to being able to take care of you and your family for many years to come.
I had a busted wheel bearing on my forever breaking down work truck. So I brought it to Quality Tune-Up as I always do. They are friendly, proffessional and always get my truck back on the road quickly! Beyond the great services they offer, the location is great! If you only have a short wait to have your vehicle serviced you can go grab a bite to eat at any of the nearby resturants (KFC, mexican resturants, Happy House, Subway) or you could go get pampered at the salon across the street! I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else! I brought my 98 Chevy Silverado in to fix an oil leak. JT found that the timing chain cover was cracked in 2 places, he replaced it with a new one and had me back on the road in no time flat. I highly recommend having your car problems taken care of by these guys. They know what they're doing and the price is fair. JT is the man!
Excellent service and really friendly staff. Harpreet was really helpful and made sure everything was done in timely manner !!
I was looking for a place to get the whole work up for my car and I happen to stumble on to this place last minute. The staff and Hapreet were very professional and very accomodating even it was almost closing time. They were very fast and quick working on my car and were extra attentive to questions I had. I've been to many car tune up place, this is by far one of the best. I would recommend this place to everyone. If you want honest people and great customer service , you won't regret going there. This is the place to be at.
Friendly nice technicians that were very welcoming and gave great service. Helped out a lot by letting me do a smog check with a few minutes to closing.Be sure to come back when services needed.
Great service! Very Fast! Customer services is perfect! They don't try to up-sell, however they do point out what needs to be done giving you an option to come back or fix right then and there. Zack and Harpreet are great mechanics. Harpreet assisted me last time, it was last minute, shop was closing but he took his time to assist me. I just simply love the service and the major factor of them not trying to up-sell me.
great customer service, quick and easy. friendly technicians and was willing to help near closing. will be sure to come back for more service needed.thanks and much aporeciated.
First they quote me an hour and a half then they install the wrong brake pads and hammer my clipper to get it back on when the car won't move they removed the shim which made the brake pad rattle and when they put it all back together they didn't put the brake line in the right place so it rubber on the back of my tire. When I left the shop with my car the brakes locked up on started smoking really bad so I had to have it towed back to the shop. I still had to take it to another shop to get the correct brake pads. The incompetence of these mechanics is astounding I can't belive they are still in business.
The owner accommodated me even if it was a little late in the day. Not only finished an oil change but also fit in my smog test. They give great service and are very polite
