I hate giving negative feedback but this place deserves it. I went here for a smog test on a Friday morning. After waiting 1.5 hours (which nobody warned me against), I was told that my car didn't "communicate" with their computer system and therefore failed the smog test. I didn't expect to be charged since smog test was not run completely on my car. I was charged $40 for "labor". As I disputed this, the lady in the front desk said "Let me bring somebody else because you are not capable of understanding what I am saying". Her response was rude, inappropriate and unprofessional. They didn't give my keys back until I paid. I will not be going to this place again and I don't recommend anybody else to do so.
My husband Sean was on a business trip to San Jose & he needed oil change before he came back to LA. So he found the Quality Car Care Center, the gentleman who took care of his car was Marc, Sean was very impressed for the service he got from him, he was very friendly & professional n did an awesome job!!! Thank you Marc for the safe return of my hubby!

Suki and his people are amazing and very honest in what they do. I go there for oil change and other services. He is very fast in and out and so his people. They are truly here to help the people out. they have good pricing on everything and they are willing to work with you. Very friendly staff I highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for auto service on any vehicle 100 percent recommend this place!!
I've been checking a lot of places before... those guys are incomparable... always HONEST very professional and very reasonable compare to many car repair places. I've been coming to fix my car with them since almost 5 years every 1-2 month because I drive a lot for work. I'm proud to say they are definitely the guys to go for any car repair, German car or others brand...if you are looking for honest professionals and reasonable people with their prices....
