They seem like nice guys but over promised and under delivered. I brought this car in because I had a p0420 code after having my exhaust system changed. I wanted them to check for leaks, the oxygen sensor output and the efficiency of the catalytic converter. They told me they would do that and to come back in two hours. I came back in two hours and they told me I needed a new cat. When I asked them how they knew that, they said because they scanned it and I had a p0420 code. I already knew that. They didn't do any of the diagnostics they said they would do and when I asked them why, they said it takes more than two hours. That's not what they told me when I dropped off my car. They wasted two hours of my day.
Al, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share it. Our goal is always to deliver thorough, honest service with clear communication. In this case, our technicians did begin tracing down potential exhaust leaks and testing the oxygen sensors, as discussed. However, the full diagnostic process required more in-depth testing and additional time beyond the initial two-hour estimate. When you returned and preferred not to wait any longer, we agreed to stop the work, return your vehicle, and did not charge you for the over two hours of technician labor that had already been invested. We understand how valuable your time is and regret any inconvenience caused. If you ever choose to revisit this issue, we’d be happy to assist further. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
