I’ve been taking our cars to this Quality Tuneup on Blossom Hill and Snell for many years. Always a good service team there, with good turn around time for tuneups and smog checks. And, a comfortable waiting room with coffee refreshment if you want to wait for a service. Thanks to the team here.

This was my first time going there, and I was recommended by my dad, but of course walking in and being a woman sometimes I feel like when it comes to car stuff, you can get it taken advantage of, and I have to say when I walked in, looked at all the family photos on the wall that already made me feel super comfortable. He greeted me and I told him what I needed to have done. He asked me how I knew I needed those things done. I told him I went to a dealership and he said that he could check out my car to make sure that what they were telling me was correct because sometimes Dealerships can oversell he said if in fact, it is what you need I will waive the $40 inspection fee and I said wow that’s really nice. Thank you so much I left. He then called me back later to tell me that yes in fact what I needed to have done was correct. He waved the fee and he said I will call you when everything’s complete and I just felt like he was super honest And very friendly. I definitely will be going back for any of my car needs.

First come, first serve. I dropped off my car on a Monday morning and got an oil change within 4 hours, as promised. They have a seating area for customers. Great customer service and professional work, they were friendly and communicative through the whole thing. I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Called a bit after 4 to see if I could get a smog check. They said come on in as no appointment was needed. , and they would stay until after 5 if needed. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes before 5:00!
