Prior to coming to this place I had just left a previous mechanic who had no customer service and told me, I would have to leave the vehicle for a week to find out whats wrong with it. I left and googled a place to go and found this place over the weekend. In a short notice I was able to bring the vehicle in. After the vehicle was diagnosed I was told the truth what needed to be repaired to pass smog. I am speechless to say how grateful I am with the honesty and the friendliness I received. The vehicle was worked on and I was able to drive away the same day. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the care…. The owner Jim is very kind, friendly and professional. I appreciate his work ethics and customer service. It is something I have not experienced .. Well recommended. Quick easy and helpful

My experience with the mckee road shop has been great. They replaced an old engine with a new/used engine for me that I provided. With these type of big jobs you have hiccups and setbacks but all in all I'm impressed on how they handled it and their professionalism.
