Silicon Valley Auto Repair

All I have to say is ...after reading the reviews at this location I was nervous about taking my daughter's 2000 Dodge Neon car to be fixed ,however they proved all these reviews wrong ! My daughter's car was fluttering and idling high we didn't know what was wrong with it ( it had never given us any problems ). I did some research on bunch of auto shops and most had bad reviews and wanted to charge a arm and leg just to look at it .My daughter is in college and I live on a fixed income and can't help so we knew right off the bat we wouldn't be able to afford to pay someone to look at it on top of not knowing what the problem was. My daughter and I were in the area and I pulled into Quality Tune up ..Scott was the first person I spoke to ( very friendly and nice ) He told me what he thought is the problem ( free of charge ) and assured me they would take care of the problem .He introduced to George whom also was very friendly and nice. I took my daughter's car in the very next morning ,George gave me goof customer service ,had my daughters car looked at right away and fixed within a hour ! I am so happy how her car drove home and how knowledgeable and fair George is and the mechanic that actually did the work . I didn't get his name ,but you know who are :) Only Asian guy I seen :)Thank you George and your mechanic that fixed my daughter's car ! :)

Wow, we had a totally different experience here than most others. I had called to see if they could fit us in for an oil change - the person I talked to was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, he remembered me - the accomodated us right away. Our car was ready in 30 minutes. While our car didn't quality for the coupon I had brought, they gave us a great deal. No problems here, glad they are here and local, would definitely return.

George is an awesome person, is always helping me out I come here because of George. He's such a great worker I dunno if he ever takes a day off I always see him outthere I dunno why people are are hating on them they are always hooking me up with good deals good service and 7eleven is right there so I can wait while my van is getting serviced! 5 Stars

Great service and great price. I am coming here for all of my cars' oil changes and repairs from now on.
