I brought my car here without an appointment but they helped me out right away. The manager Jimmy was very nice, he gave me a good price to replace my water pump. Very good service. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for years! They are honest and good workers! They won't try to rip you off or over charge you! Best mechanic I've had in 10 years!

These guys are good. I had a fuel pump failure and wasn't sure they could handle this odd problem. They did. Then there seemed to be a gas or exhaust smell somewhere. They found and fixed it, easily. Then the fuel gauges on the dashboard weren't responding. This could have been expensive but they fixed that too. I was impressed. They also try to do a good job of having their site clean and lit at night. It looks professional,

I have always had very good experiences here. From oil changes, to smog checks, to engine work...even through a few changes in management/ownership, we have continued to come back. Customer service has been terrific and the cost of repairs or service is less than many other shops, especially if you use any of their coupons!

In previous times coming here, I was given misleading information about my car, and the problems it was having. For example: I was told I needed a new timing belt- well my car doesn't have a timing belt. I have a chain on my car and a serpentine belt. Anyway- tommy is the new manager at this location. He's from the Fremont location. He's honest, friendly and accurate about the wait time for your vehicle. I love coming here for basic oil changes. They are cheap and quick. Can't beat the price. Now that they have a new in shop manager I may trust bringing my car here for other issues and not the dealership.

Some places will fail you and do the test twice. No way that here -- an excellent auto repair place. Got my automobile smogged in a few minutes and was into my day with no problem after that. It does help with this place to have an appointment or to get there early in the day. Remember McKee Road as well is a busy street and traffic there is occasionally a hassle. Really good smog your car location. Great!

First off i really hate coming to Lil rinky dinky shops like this, but i must admit,i was pleasantly surprised... I'm a picky person and if you say one thing you damn well better do it. I must admit ittook a little more time than i expected but in the end i was very happy.i thought that the office guy named Tommy was very kind and took time to explained to me every thing that i needed and why it would be beneficial to get it taken care of. So i walked away feeling satisfied and my car has been running great ever since.my money was well spent. Thanks, see you for my 150,000 check up

Tom was great. He knew what he was taking about and had me in and out with my smog. I know when I'm ready for just oil change I'll be coming back especially since he offered some other services. Being the 3rd owner of a vehicle it doesn't hurt to know of a great place that's going to help you and not rip you off. Not to mention his customer service is on hit. While an angry customer yelled at him cause they weren't part of a certain program he stayed calm and smiled thorough the whole thing.

All I have to say is ...after reading the reviews at this location I was nervous about taking my daughter's 2000 Dodge Neon car to be fixed ,however they proved all these reviews wrong ! My daughter's car was fluttering and idling high we didn't know what was wrong with it ( it had never given us any problems ). I did some research on bunch of auto shops and most had bad reviews and wanted to charge a arm and leg just to look at it .My daughter is in college and I live on a fixed income and can't help so we knew right off the bat we wouldn't be able to afford to pay someone to look at it on top of not knowing what the problem was. My daughter and I were in the area and I pulled into Quality Tune up ..Scott was the first person I spoke to ( very friendly and nice ) He told me what he thought is the problem ( free of charge ) and assured me they would take care of the problem .He introduced to George whom also was very friendly and nice. I took my daughter's car in the very next morning ,George gave me goof customer service ,had my daughters car looked at right away and fixed within a hour ! I am so happy how her car drove home and how knowledgeable and fair George is and the mechanic that actually did the work . I didn't get his name ,but you know who are :) Only Asian guy I seen :)Thank you George and your mechanic that fixed my daughter's car ! :)
