Very disappointed with their service. I called them before going in about tire rotation and basic fluid top-ups and they said yes they will top them off for me. But when I went in, they sent me to someone else for the services in their premise. When I told these guys i need top-up they said go talk inside. So i went in and the owner was there he said we dont do top-ups. I confronted him about the call and his attitude was very rude and said well I am the owner and we dont do that!! Thanks for wasting my time.

Prior to coming to this place I had just left a previous mechanic who had no customer service and told me, I would have to leave the vehicle for a week to find out whats wrong with it. I left and googled a place to go and found this place over the weekend. In a short notice I was able to bring the vehicle in. After the vehicle was diagnosed I was told the truth what needed to be repaired to pass smog. I am speechless to say how grateful I am with the honesty and the friendliness I received. The vehicle was worked on and I was able to drive away the same day. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated the care…. The owner Jim is very kind, friendly and professional. I appreciate his work ethics and customer service. It is something I have not experienced .. Well recommended. I will surely be back with another car because of his business… Thank you very much Jim….
