I'm thankful for the Marc and the team at Quality Car Care Center. I appreciate the time Marc takes to explain things about my vehicle, and that he doesn't overcharge either. Courteous, thorough, communicative, accommodating and professional are just some of the words I would use to describe the service here. After a particularly frustrating experience with Walmart (got a service at one Walmart, and after going to another Walmart for the same exact service, they said they could not take care of it), I called several places and they were expensive. I called and spoke with Marc and not only were they the cheapest, they were able to fit me in for my auto services right away, and take care of everything I asked for. Marc was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Walmart, for your crappy service, and not taking care of me. Because of you, I have found a new mechanic.

I dropped my keys in between my car seats and they went in pretty deep. I was parked in the area and decided to ask for help at the Quality Tune up Car care center. Joey was extremely helpful and professional. A true angel! I will recommend this place to everyone not only for their expertise but for their kindness. Thank you so much Joey!

I wanted to get my car looked at before making the long drive back to the east coast and found this shop pretty close to where I live. Marc and the rest of the crew were super friendly and explained things in terms I would understand. While they were working on my car I walked over to Santana Row and shopped, and they called me when they were finished. They were able to do an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation all in about an hour!

Good , fast service. No appointment needed walked in for an oil change.

I had a great experience at Quality Tune & Up and Care Center! I went in thinking that I had to replace my alternator which would have cost me $400+. Gilbert was real and upfront! He found out it was only my belt that was had worn down. The whole team was super friendly and gave me fast service. I will definitely be going back for any other car needs.

He always inspects every detail, asks permission to fix, then does a bullet proof repair on top of standard tune ups.
