Shopping for a good oil change auto shop, I found Quality Tune-up Car Care Center with 4.8 positive reviews. You don't see that kind of high reviews a lot. This center deserves all the praises the customers load them with. First, Marc came to meet me with his great smiles. He then went over my car and gave me his opinions but he never pushes his way. He respects your decisions. He changed the oil and filled the coolant, which was almost empty, both for only $32, after offering me a nice $5 discount. You don't get that kind of pricing anywhere else. He told me that his mother taught him to be kind to people, and that's exactly what he is. You can feel his sincerity and kindness and generosity. Marc is very professional and friendly, and his team is that way also. There's another mechanic there also, whose name I don't know. He would nod and smile at me, making me at home while waiting for my car. I know that now I have an oil change place each time I need an oil change, unlike before when I always had to ask people or look for one myself. Thanks, Marc---you'll see a lot of me from now on. BTW, I forgot to ask if you also do smog check.

I was so impressed on the care and detailed service they provided. I went in for a simple oil change/tire rotation. They gave me a report about my brakes being at 1mm which is insane! So glad they checked them for me. Definitely recommend them to all...

Ask for Marc. He took care of us and our vehicles and worked very professionally. We didn't set an appointment for an oil change and Marc reassured us of the steps and the pricing. After changing the oil, he made sure to check all fluids are topped off and tire pressure is checked. Since we had two vehicles for service, he worked on both of them personally and was very careful and thorough with his actions. We will definitely come back to have our other vehicles serviced here!

I just want to express my experience with Quality Tune up. First of all, it is so refreshing to always have Mr. Zack Srouji come to you and greet you. He's always willing to help and see what it is that you are in there for. He doesn't skip a beat at always being kind and helpful. I have been coming to this place for quite some time and I am never disappointed. The whole team is professional and ready to help. I can honestly say that their level of customer service is of the utmost importance. I was in the Fremont area last Friday and both places were horrible!! Both never even bothered to come to me and ask what I needed. I first went to one place and having been disappointed, I quickly went to the one across the street. However, that place was just as bad! In a nutshell, I am very appreciative of Quality Tune Up!!. It proves to me yet again that Customer Service is very much intact at this place!! They've always made me feel welcome and get the work done in a great manner. I highly recommend this place. I will continue to come here because I know this place gets it!! Thank you!! :)

I got my oil and transmission fluid changed here recently and it was a great, smooth experience. It's first come first serve for service, but when I called about reserving a time Marc very politely said I should just call back when I'm on my way and he would try to make sure I didn't have to wait very long. There was no wait when I came, and the service I received was fast and everyone was super nice! I'll definitely go back for future services.
