My car has a rebuilt engine that requires a different oil volume than the original specs. Although I couldn't recall the exact amount, Mike didn’t hesitate to refer to the previous oil change records in my glove box. He even double-checked to ensure the oil volume in the engine was perfect—talk about going above and beyond!
