I had a great experience servicing my Lexus RX-450h at Quality Car Care Center #7 yesterday. Louis was the mechanic who helped me, and he was friendly, honest, and very professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain the condition of my brakes and gave clear, helpful advice on replacing the brake pads and rotors. What I really appreciated was that he worked out a very fair deal for replacing all four brake pads and rotors, along with an oil change and tire rotation. No pressure, no upselling—just straightforward, quality service. I left feeling confident about the work done and the price I paid. Highly recommend this place, and especially Louis, if you’re looking for trustworthy car service. 👍

Dropped the car off for Smog which they finished quickly. They also informed us about a recall hold on our registration that we weren't aware of. Great service and friendly too. Also, they were able to take us on a dame day appointment.
