Came in for a smog check on my 1996 ACURA. Not to many places do smogs on older cars, luckily this shop does. I only had to wait for around 30-45 minutes and the TECHS are very friendly!! I will definitely come back here again!!

Dishonest service station. The didn’t provide estimates onsite but called me afterwards. Upsell anything/everything without me having the luxury of time to think through the estimate items. I asked them to check electrical fuse for seat, which turned out to be the actual problem. I was given the option to either pay $100 injectors cleaning (which I declined initially) or hefty labor for fuse replacement. I feel cheated and a bad experience overall. They want your money right away and not a repeat customer by building trust.

Quality Tune Up, especially Mike always kept my used cars running for me and my 5 children while I worked hard to put them through college. Money was always tight. Quality never took advantage of me. My last auto shop did. Fast forward. Things are better now. All my children have good jobs and they are "off the payroll." I was able to finally afford a new car so I didn't have to use the shop as often. After a while though, I needed a new belt and alternator so I brought it in. Apparently, a stray kitten had sought shelter in my engine compartment and was probably injured when the belt broke. Mike had his wife take the kitten to the shelter for treatment. It turned out that it's injuries were too severe, sadly. I'm crying as I'm writing this as I was feeding the poor thing but never knew where it ran off too. Anyway, Mike will literally take care of everything. Including cute little kittens who hide in your engine compartment. In my eyes, Mike just keeps getting better and better. Thank you for all your service for over 20 years!
