Quality car care had been taking good care of my car 5 years now. I appreciate how Marc takes care of almost everything that has dto be done. The last time I visited the place, I only needed an oil change. But he did routine check ups on break, tire pressure enough to make one feel assured, my car is safe again for the daily grind!

Most economical quote for full synthetic oil change. Polite and professional too. Unfortunately couldn't do my 2019mini cooper due to lacking tools.

This place ALWAYS provides excellent service to our three vehicles (2016 Toyota Tacoma, 2014 Toyota Prius V, 2000 Toyota Echo). In addition, they don’t do un-necessary maintenance or repairs. They are extremely reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and will always try to help find solutions and answers. My husband and I both highly recommend them.

I had a disappointing experience with this auto shop. I noticed on their website that they offer discounts, so I went there, as it’s close to my home, to have my car’s air induction system fixed. An agent named Mark assisted me. He mentioned they would start working on it after 20 minutes and would call me when it was done. However, I waited for an hour without receiving any call. When I finally called them, Mark said the car was ready and would be available in 10 minutes. When I arrived, I was shocked to see a bill for $455. This seemed excessively high, so I asked to review the charges. After calculating everything, it should have been $365. When I pointed this out, Mark admitted I was charged twice for a service, but he didn’t even apologize. Moreover, I mentioned that their website advertised discounts. He rudely told me that I should have mentioned it at the beginning which didn’t make sense Overall, be cautious when dealing with this place. Double-check the charges,and finalize the price before they start any work. Again ! Double check!!!!

Highly recommend ! Great customer service all around. Explained everything to me in detail. Unfortunately,Mike said he could not repair the car at his shop( head gasket) I was so surprised that when I picked up my car NO CHARGE !! At least a rack charge . What ? Who does that anymore ? Try them out. You will be happy you did .
