I had a disappointing experience with this auto shop. I noticed on their website that they offer discounts, so I went there, as it’s close to my home, to have my car’s air induction system fixed. An agent named Mark assisted me. He mentioned they would start working on it after 20 minutes and would call me when it was done. However, I waited for an hour without receiving any call. When I finally called them, Mark said the car was ready and would be available in 10 minutes. When I arrived, I was shocked to see a bill for $455. This seemed excessively high, so I asked to review the charges. After calculating everything, it should have been $365. When I pointed this out, Mark admitted I was charged twice for a service, but he didn’t even apologize. Moreover, I mentioned that their website advertised discounts. He rudely told me that I should have mentioned it at the beginning which didn’t make sense Overall, be cautious when dealing with this place. Double-check the charges,and finalize the price before they start any work. Again ! Double check!!!!
