DO NOT TRUST OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! Some years back this place was a deceit place to take your car if you wanted good quality and honesty. Not anymore. I believe they are shutting down soon so they are taking people's money and are not doing the work. You will leave with the same problem you came in with. Do not do business with these people. They are scammers. I was charged for a job that they didn't do. My car was doing the same thing it was doing before I brought it in for them to so call fix. Whoever read these reviews, please believe the reviews that are 1 star reviews.

To clarify, we correctly diagnosed and replaced a faulty alternator and battery on your vehicle. After repairs, your charging system was fully tested and confirmed to be working properly before it left our facility. We also want to directly address your claim that we are closing- that is not true. Our shop remains open, and even if that were ever to change in the future, your 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty would still be honored by our five other Quality Tune Up locations in the San Jose area.
