This was my first time visiting after seeing great reviews on Yelp. I called ahead of time to get an estimate wait time for an oil change, and Victor told me to come in and they could help me right away. Very friendly staff, and Victor was very honest about other items I would need to take care of and why. No pressure at all, and he made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back for great service! Very satisfied with this shop, I've been coming here for the past 2 years. Never let down with the amazing customer service and quick service. I have a 2008 mitsubishi Lancer and I've never had any problems with it thanks to these guys. Make sure when you stop by to ask for Gilbert or Lee, those are my guys!

I came into the shop today just wanting an oil change but these guys did everything. I had Gilbert and Mike help me out and they fixed everything. They helped me tape underneath my car to fix a small issue. They helped me drain my nasty transmission fluid. I was really impressed with how much they cared about my service. This is my shop from now on.

Anytime our car needs any kind of maintenance we take it over to the people at Quality Tune-Up. Mike, Lee, Gilbert, and the team have never let us down with regards to their work and word. They get the work done in a timely manner. We always feel safe leaving our car with them. It is also very nice that the work can get done quickly and I can go get a coffee or a bite and relax or stroll for a bit outside with my children across the street at Santana Row. We have been customers of theirs for over 10 years. They have serviced our Audi, Lexus and Chevrolet. My husband and I highly recommend this shop.

It's a nice place,They did the timing belt replacement last week which was on time and with a reasonable price.Gilbert and other staff were nice and knowledgeable.I like their service and I will come back next time.

Walked in and they took me within minutes! Gilbert hooked it up and did everything I asked and went above and beyond. I feel safe heading on my road trip tomorrow knowing they changed my oil and some. Great price, great service, will be back soon!

Best there is around the area. Called the place and a man named Gilbert picked up the phone, he gave me quick and clear quotes on the service he does. Oil changes, repairs, and even brakes. When I arrived, Gilbert ended up helping me out and gave me the best solution to Any problems I had. Great experience, by the experienced.
