This is my spot! No matter what I need done these guys get it done and fast! They also price match and they are super nice. They always want to make sure they're giving you superb service. I never leave with anything less. Only place I go for servicing my vehicles.

I came in here to get an oil change during my lunch break. First thing I noticed was that the guys working here are so friendly! I usually get my oil changed elsewhere and while they're polite they seem to either hate their job or they're constantly tired. Here it's totally different and very welcoming. Ricky was all smiles, very cordial and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He only gave his recommendations and I never felt pressured. After dropping off my car I went to walk around Santana Row to pass time. I came back and my car still wasn't ready yet. Luckily, I wasn't in a time crunch so I waited a bit longer. Ricky apologized for the wait and assured me it would only be a few more minutes. After about 15 minutes later my car was done and good to go. He changed out a filter, inflated my tires, and worked his magic. I actually felt a difference driving my car out of the lot. Overall I totally recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. They don't just do oil changes and smog, they work on every mechanical aspect of your car.

They have been taking care of my family's cars for over 15+ years, my dad trusted them, my mom did, and now me. Getring your vehicle repaired is costly but when its done here I know its done right. They stand by the work they do, and for that I am very thankful. You guys at Quality are awesome! -Todd

I read the reviews on YELP & decided to go to this place to check my car & service it. Rich welcomed me & I told him what I think I may need, he said you may not need all you say, let me check & if there is any further needs will call you! He offered me $10 off my service making me feel even more welcome! Unlike those service shop when they see a clueless girl walks in jack up everything, Rich didnt which I really appreciate it. There was a few needed changed he called me & took care of it & made recommendations on further changes that my car needs! Again not like other mechanic places that scare you that if you dont do the service right then he kindly gave me duration of whats the remaining life in my battery! He has my business from now on! Thank you

I recently moved to the area and needed an oil change. I called a couple other shops first, but none answered their phone. Quality Tune-Up answered and let me know I could stop in anytime that afternoon without an appointment. When I arrived the wait was a bit long because there were several other cars having similar services performed. No big deal -- that's to be expected when you don't have an appointment. My family and I took the time to walk across the street to Santana Row and grab a late lunch. After we got back, one of the technicians, Rich, offered to change my air filter. This, along with a tire rotation, is something I wanted done anyway, but I didn't originally ask for. Either way, Rich didn't make me feel pressured at all to have the additional services performed. He was very willing to perform the tire rotation as well. I thought the cost was extremely reasonable too. I was weary about going to any shop -- unsure about the staff and level of service that I would get, since I don't know too many people in the area to ask their opinion -- but Mike and Rich were awesome, and gained my trust. Rich was even kind enough to spend a little extra time removing my Pennsylvania inspection stickers from my windshield that I no longer needed. I'll definitely return to this shop for any future maintenance.

I love how fast and easy this place is!!! The service is amazing and I know they're doing a thorough job on my car and that they really care, not trying to just get my money. They took me in right away and all the guys got to work on my car. Then all the other customers starting rolling in. 10 was a good time to come in. And they're showing the price is right!!! Score!!!

I had been here for a check up for the water leakage from the radiator. Met Mark and he was very helpful. Explained me why it was normal when we turn on the AC on a hot summer day. He didn't even charge me for the check up as he said there was no issue so no charge. I expected anyone would charge minimum 20$ or so. Glad to meet Mark here.

Nice guys and do a good job. It's always hard to find a car mechanic where you don't feel ripped off. Seem quite genuine in telling me what I did and didn't need to replace for my 90k tune up. Just took S bit long.

I recently got a oil change for my car. It was quick and priced correctly. If you want 30 minute oil changes, if you don't have time and need a quick place to get this done, these guys are the guys to go with. Thanks for the good work.

These guys are good. I had a fuel pump failure and wasn't sure they could handle this odd problem. They did. Then there seemed to be a gas or exhaust smell somewhere. They found and fixed it, easily. Then the fuel gauges on the dashboard weren't responding. This could have been expensive but they fixed that too. I was impressed. They also try to do a good job of having their site clean and lit at night. It looks professional,
