I came in with a bit distress due to I have not been driving my car for about a few years and needed a smog check. As I step in Sukhi looked at me smiled and ask how can I help you. He reviewed the paperwork I had and got to business. Him and Paul join together and help me with any issue that had come up with professionalism. Both were kind and easy to talk to. While one is reviewing the car the other would check all around the car to see if they can catch any small detail work that needed to be done. They also were nice enough to touch up my car so I can be safe on the road. Best place and good price would recommend this to everyone.

Look no further, this *THE* place to get your car serviced quickly and for a very fair price! Marc and team have excellent service and conduct business with integrity. The service was transparent from the start, being very upfront with what services they recommended, why, and how much it's going to cost. There were no surprises, I was presented with a detailed bill of work and an estimate, and had a chance to review and sign off before any work was done. Being versed in car maintenance myself I've verified that the recommendations were all very reasonable and work was performed with high quality. These people work hard and deserve 5 stars!

I went there today 05/08/2023 . I had a coupon for getting 28.99 USD for smog check . The owner of the shop was supper rude , stingy , with cocky attitude. He came to me and said we don’t do coupons, when I asked him about the Quality main web site , and the reason they don’t want accept my coupon , he start laughing and ignore my request . So I went again online and I came to Quality car center in Milpitas and they took care of me very well . Don’t go to this shop . The owner is supper greedy and rude

The owner said we do not accept that coupon at this location, but did offer you the $39.95 smog special that is available on our website. You refused and threatened with a 1-star review. I needed my brake and transmission fluid replaced. Looking for a same day appointment was no easy task but was surprised when I stumbled upon the reviews for Quality Car Care Center. I gave them a call and was greeted by a friendly person named Marc. He answered the phone and my questions before they even opened the shop. I was there at the shop right when they opened and he welcomed me personally. It wasn’t busy because I was there first thing in the morning on a weekday. They even have coupons online for certain services. The customer service and knowledge of maintenance is superb and amazing. I felt well taken care of and will come back for any repairs or maintenance I have in the future. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of friends.
